Take two trumpets, one French horn, a trombone, and a tuba -- put them in the hands of virtuoso performers -- add some lighthearted demonstrations -- and you have the Saint Louis Brass Quintet.

Although the members of the quintet wear tuxedos when they perform, audiences are pleasantly surprised at the relaxed and informal atmosphere the quintet creates. With extraordinary grace, the ensemble combines professionalism and showmanship to produce a thoroughly enjoyable musical experience.

With its roots going back to the '70s, the Saint Louis Brass Quintet has also presented workshops, master classes, and children's programs all over the United States and in many other countries.

The performance begins at 8 p.m., Saturday, March 25, in Ohio Wesleyan's Gray Chapel Auditorium. Single tickets are $10 for general admission, $8 for senior citizens, and $4 for students ages 6 to 18. For more information or to reserve tickets call 740-368-3187.
