![]() 'German Requiem' Presented in Chamber, Choral Performance April 10, 2002
Robert Nims, professor of music at Ohio Wesleyan University, will conduct. During Nims' 30-year tenure at Ohio Wesleyan, he has directed both Choral and Opera productions and taught applied voice, vocal methods and conducting. He holds degrees from Boston University and the Yale School of Music. He is a frequent baritone recitalist with numerous performances throughout Central Ohio. Soloists are Abigail Nims, soprano and Mark Andrew Baker, baritone. The OWU Choral Art Society will be joined in this performance by the Chancel Choir of Worthington United Methodist Church -- Maurice Casey, conductor -- and members of the Delaware community.
