Expert on U.S. Relations with the Islamic World to Speak on "Robotics and Warfare"

Peter SingerPeter Singer will speak on “Robotics and Warfare” on October 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the Benes Room of Hamilton-Williams Campus Center co-sponsored by the Sagan National Colloquium and the International Studies Program.

A senior fellow and director of the Brookings Project on U.S. Relations with the Islamic World at the Brookings Institution, Singer earned a Ph.D. from Harvard University. His current project is changes in 21st century warfare. Some of his publications include Children at War (Pantheon, 2005) and "Outsourcing War," Foreign Affairs (March 2005).
