“Trends in Interactive Marketing” Will be Topic at Woltemade Center at Ohio Wesleyan

November 7, 2006

Dr. Nita Rollins, director of Thought Leadership for Resource Interactive and OWU summa cum laude graduate, will speak on “Trends in Interactive Marketing” on November 14 at 3:10 p.m. at the Woltemade Center as part of the Woltemade Center lecture series in the R.W. Corns Building, Room 312.

Rollins will share highlights from three of her firm's most recent research initiatives, all of which were delivered as keynote presentations at the nation's largest conference for multichannel and online retailers. Based on influential consumer segments (What Women Want, The Gender Agenda, and The Digital Millennials: R U Ready?), the interactive agency's unique blend of primary-research based consumer insights, quantitative data, and interactive marketing recommendations and "envisioned futuring” are pertinent to today’s market. Innovative research methodologies will also be featured, including video ethnography, eye tracking, and the firm's proprietary REPLAY UsabilitySM and Shop & TellSM.

Known widely for its revolutionizing consumer insights, Resource Interactive is an Adweek Top Twenty independent interactive agency that helps the world's leading companies plan, create, build, assess and optimize the digital experience of their customers and other constituencies. Resource Interactive has helped companies such as Wal-Mart, P&G, Restoration Hardware, Apple, Victoria's Secret, Hewlett-Packard, Crutchfield, Bath & Body Works, Limited Brands, Reebok, NetJets and Kohler use their online channels to drive sales, reduce costs, create community and deepen brand loyalty.
