Rod Ebright to 'Crank Up The Creativity™' at Ohio Wesleyan

DELAWARE, OHIO — Rod Ebright, a veteran creative director and workshop leader, will present "Crank Up The Creativity™—Understanding and Applying Innovation in Business," at Ohio Wesleyan University on March 30. The presentation, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 3:10 p.m. in the Bayley Room of Beeghly Library.Ebright maintains that "An essential element for American business success in today's competitive global marketplace is innovation. Individuals who master creative thinking and problem solving, those who imagine new ways of doing things, bring a vitality to their organizations that is increasingly critical to gaining and maintaining a position of business leadership."Ebright's presentation will offer practical advice, revolutionary insights and stimulating exercises. His work in advertising, branding and communications spans diverse industries including publishing, health care, sports, non-profit associations and senior living.A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Ebright holds a bachelor of fine arts degree with a specialization in advertising design and concentrated work in radio and television direction and production. Among his corporate positions, he has served as senior creative director at Highlights for Children, Inc. and director of marketing communications as OhioHealth.

For the past four years, Ebright has been a faculty member at the renowned Highlights Foundation Workshop for Writers and Illustrators of Children's Literature at Chautauqua, New York.
