DELAWARE, OHIO — Punk band New Found Glory will headline the annual Springfest concert at Ohio Wesleyan University on April 22 in Gordon Field House. Cleveland-based band Brandtson will open the show.

Doors to the field house will open at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at the student activities desk in the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center or at ticketweb.com.

Ticket prices are $10 for students and $15 for the public. Parking for the event is $5.

New Found Glory first entered the punk music scene in 1997 with Jordan Pundik, vocals; Chad Gilbert, guitar; Steve Klein, guitar; Ian Grushka, bass; and Joe Moreno, drums. Moreno was replaced by Cyrus Bolooki after the band's debut release.

In 2001, New Found Glory toured with Blink-182 and was also part of the Warped Tour. The band then released Sticks and Stones in 2002, which proved to be their breakthrough album featuring the singles "My Friends Over You" and "Head on Collision." New Found Glory returned to the Warped Tour as the headlining band in 2002 and again in 2004.

New Found Glory's most recent album, a greatest hits compilation features "Hit or Miss," a song also on the "Benchwarmers" soundtrack.

Indie rock act Brandtson will open the show. Their album "Send Us a Signal" was released in June 2004 and their new album, "Hello, Control" will be in stores May 2. Brandtson is Jared Jolley, drums/vocals; Myk Porter, guitar/vocals; Matt Traxler, guitar; and John Sayre, bass.
