Ologie’s Chief Strategic Officer to Discuss ‘Building Stronger Brands’ at Free Ohio Wesleyan Event

February 21, 2007

When the Advertising Federation of Columbus handed out its annual Addy awards on Feb. 1, Columbus-based Ologie walked away with 26 trophies for its efforts to help clients create clear, compelling, and consistent brands.

William Faust, MBA, partner and chief strategic officer for Ologie, will discuss "Building Stronger Brands” at a free lecture Tuesday, March 6, at Ohio Wesleyan University. The event begins at 3:10 p.m. in the Bayley Room in Beeghly Library, 43 Rowland Ave.

During his presentation, Faust will discuss what makes a strong brand, how to measure a brand's success, and how to both plan and manage that success.

Faust, who joined Ologie in 2002, has been a branding consultant for nearly 20 years. He previously served as the North American CEO for Fitch, where he gained experience in business development, marketing, operations, and client service.

Faust's presentation is sponsored by Ohio Wesleyan's Woltemade Center for Economics, Business and Entrepreneurship. The center, established in 1985, was inspired by the work of the late Uwe J. Woltemade, a professor of economics at Ohio Wesleyan from 1965 to 1995.
