![]() News Release Professor Sean Kay to Discuss U.S. Foreign Policy on WOSU’s ‘Open Line’ with Fred Andrle February 2, 2009 DELAWARE, OHIO – Sean Kay, Ph.D., professor of politics and government and chair of Ohio Wesleyan’s International Studies Program, will be Fred Andrle’s guest on “Open Line” at 10 a.m. Feb. 4 to discuss U.S. foreign policy in a time of conflict. The program may be heard by tuning into 820 AM on the radio dial or by logging onto www.wosu.org/news/openline/. The show will be replayed at 7 p.m. and then archived online for listening on demand. Kay is the author of “Global Security in the Twenty-First Century” and is considered one of the nation’s leading NATO experts.
