Expert Source: Lynette L. Carpenter, Ph.D.


Lynette Carpenter specializes in 19th and 20th century American women's literature and American film. She has collaborated on two books about women's ghost stories. Under the pen names D.B. Borton and Della Borton, she has published nine mystery novels, the most recent of which is “Eight Miles High.” She teaches freshman writing, film, American literature, women's literature, fiction writing, and the Gothic.
