Expert Source: Sandra Harper, Ph.D.


A specialist in 20th century Spanish literature and film, Sandra Harper, Ph.D., the Ella Fullton Dunham University Chair, has lived and traveled extensively in Spain and Latin America. She is the author of the modern prose book, “Puntos de vista: Narrativa moderna española,” has contributed to two Spanish drama books and edited a third, and has published articles on literature, film, and methodology for teaching Spanish literature and language in scholarly journals including Hispania, Modern Language Journal, and Gestos. Harper also is the current editor of Estreno, an international, scholarly journal devoted to contemporary Spanish theater.
