Bill Louthan has taught more than 20 different politics and government courses at Ohio Wesleyan, ranging from American Constitutional Law to Party Politics and Presidential Elections. His primary research fields include legal processes and jurisprudence, especially the U.S. Supreme Court and public policy, especially in the areas of ethics and education.
