Expert Source: Bonnie Milne Gardner, Ph.D.


Bonnie Milne Gardner, Ph.D., is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America and chair of the Department of Theatre & Dance at Ohio Wesleyan. She’s written more than 30 scripts and has had performances or readings in New York, Florida, Ohio, Alaska, and California. Gardner received an Ohio Arts Council Playwriting Fellowship and was a finalist at the Edward Albee Playwriting Conference, a semifinalist at Actor’s Theatre of Louisville Ten Minute Play Contest, and earned an honorable mention in the Writer’s Digest Play Contest. She also has worked professionally as a director, arts administrator, and dramaturge, and currently teaches courses including playwriting, American drama, and theatre education.
